By accessing or using the services of ADV Heating and Cooling, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with us regarding HVAC services, website use, and contractual obligations.
Scope of Services
ADV Heating and Cooling provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation. Services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. All work adheres to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Service Agreements
Any service request constitutes an agreement. Work orders are issued after estimate approval. Prices are fixed unless unforeseen conditions require additional materials or labor, which must be approved before proceeding.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are valid for 30 days and include labor, parts, and taxes. Additional costs may arise if hidden issues (e.g., duct damage or electrical upgrades) are discovered during service. Written approval is required before work exceeding the quote proceeds.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance.
Warranties
All labor is guaranteed for 12 months. Manufacturer warranties on parts vary and are passed through to the customer. We do not assume liability for failures due to improper maintenance or external damage.
Service Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a $75 fee. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.
Liability Limitations
ADV Heating and Cooling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the cost of the service performed.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of ADV Heating and Cooling and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ADV Heating and Cooling against claims arising from your misuse of services, failure to provide accurate information, or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
